Using the AI Coach

Chat with AI to refine your resume conversationally in the editor.

Open your resume editor

Go to Resumes and click on the resume you want to improve.

Open the AI Coach

Click the AI Coach icon in the editor toolbar to open the chat panel.

What to look for

  • Click the AI Coach icon

Type your request

Describe what you want to change in natural language, like "make my summary more technical" or "add metrics to my first job's bullets."

Review the suggestion

The AI suggests specific changes with a before/after preview. Review the proposed edits.

What to look for

Accept or reject

Click Accept to apply the change to your resume, or Reject to dismiss it and try a different prompt.
